The service at this auto repair shop is honest. That is more valuable to me than low cost or "convenience," which means I will go out of my way and pay more than I might otherwise pay elsewhere. The mechanics know what they are doing and the man in charge (the owner? Manager? Not sure) will treat you right no matter who you are. I've been treated with the same respect and dignity as any of the other customers I've watched them interact with while waiting for my repairs. Speaking of the repairs: They always try to make repairs super-quick. I've done walk-ins and had my vehicle fixed the same day.

The shop in Goodyear is honest, reliable and fair in all respects. I have an expensive diesel bus and needed some work including oil and filter change. Knew there was a leak at the pan drain plug and when it was drained, we could see threads coming off the plug and out of the hole. Aluminum pan and steel drain plug through the years probably overtightened. They worked with me through several options and eventually we had a new pan from Cummings overnighted and installed with new oil the next day. Price for everything was very reasonable and Josh stayed right on top of everything. THANKS, CHAMPS.

Don and his staff are highy trained, from "old school " mechanics to new the highly sophisticated vehicles. They are very concise and very informative. They are very good at communicating exactly what repairs are needed as well as any future issues that may occur. Never have I been pressured into getting any unnecessary repairs done to any of my vehicles.
