A month after I bought a used car the AC went out. Dion found the issue, got the parts and had my AC repaired again in 2 days. He even went to bat for me with my car's warranty company when they tried to avoid covering the repair and saved me several thousand dollars. This company is a joke and disrespectful to women. I brought my vehicle to them with a noise that kept increasing in volume. I was charged for a repair that never fixed the issue. This issue began in March, between then and now they kept my vehicle a collective of 42 days with no resolution, consideration for my time or the amount spent in Ubers. With doing my own research I could tell a part they installed was not secured. One of the times I brought it in, I mentioned it to the service man Dion. He did not take what I was saying into consideration and the way he spoke to me was belittling. In the end he returned the car to us with no repair or refund. We had to take matters into our own hands via YouTube videos . The part I was ultimately concerned about was cracked. In addition to paying for service that did absolutely nothing, countless Uber rides, time wasted having to go to their business, I had to pay for the part again. Even though they returned the car to us not repaired, they had the audacity to call 2 weeks later to see how it was running. I explained the situation of having to rebuy the part. Again no consideration or offering of reimbursement. If you have nothing better to do with your time, aren’t truly invested in getting your car fixed and have countless dollars to spend. This place is for you.
