Tim the Service Manager is a man of his word and helped us out a lot with his diagnostic of a previously botched repair done by a different repair service. We wish they were open on Saturdays as well, but will be sure to bring Champs some repeat business.

I ALWAYS appreciate these guys. I had them do an overhaul to my Infiniti back in January and it’s been running great ever since! Had a mini hiccup with the car yesterday and Tim the manager took it upon himself to rediagnose the car, warranty a part, and get it back up and going with no questions asked and no charge! It is amazing to have a shop that cares about peoples situations and getting stuff up and going. I also received updates and calls about the car all day as each question and status came up. I love the inclusion of the customer with the work being done! Thank you guys!
