Bought a used car and took it for its first oil change. Asked Tim to have his guys give it a complete go over to make sure everything was alright. Told me what they checked, what they filled and gave me a thjmbs ip. Came out of there feeling better and AS ALWAYS a satisfied customer. I trust Champs and only Champs to work on my and my family's vehicles.

I've had two oil changes from Champs and Tim the office Manager is always courteous. You couldn't ask for a better Office Manager than Tim. He is the best! After my 1st oil change Tim told me about an issue the mechanic had found. At the time I did not have money to take care of it, but I did not say that to Tim. There was no pressure from Tim to take care of it then, but to definitely not wait too long because the problem would get worse. My second oil change was yesterday (4/20/22) and after the oil change Tim gave me call letting me know the oil change was done, and the radiator had a small leak. He told me the radiator is the main part of the cooling system and he suggested I get it done. There was no pressure from Tim and I decided to get it done that day. The mechanic did a great job and I will keep taking my car to Champs.
