I actually went to Champs for a second opinion regarding my brakes. I had taken my car to get an oil change, and I was told that I needed all new brakes and a full flush which would cost way more than I could pay. I took it to Champs, they got me in the same day. They did a free brake inspection and fixed only what needed to be fixed. They showed me exactly what the brake pads looked like and explained everything. The cost was significantly different. I felt like they cared about fixing my vehicle and not about making as much money as they could in one service. I will be getting all my services done at Champs for now on, even oil changes. I chose the other place because it was conveniently located near my home, but I would rather have great, thorough, honest service over convenience. Champs will be my place for car repairs.

I have been taking my Jeep to Champs on and off for about two years. While I have gone to other shops, I have been met with disappointment. I have found Champs to be the most dependable, efficient and honest repair shop around and now be exclusively going to Champs for my auto repairs. Craig and his team there at the Glendale location go above and beyond!
