Good communications and quality service

I called around 9am on a Monday for brakes and an oil change, they told me that they could get me in at 11. Upon my arrival, Tim greeted me and took my info and everything. Had one of the mechanics do an inspection, then told me all the things that needed to be repaired after about 45 minutes. Told me what was in need of immediate repair and which ones needed to be fixed soon but could wait. Tim was very transparent and communicated everything with me. Everything was completed in 2.5 hours after I signed and approved the repairs. Great experience and service from start to finish. Definitely recommend Champs Auto Repair

Fixed many problem with high mileage GM/Isuzu Suv including motor mounts, diagnosed correctly purge valve problem (check engine light) which was repaired and also replaced all four corner rotors and pads for a reasonable price and with quality work. Tim very knowledgeable, respectful and strait forward with what the vehicle needs and doesn't. Mechanic work is excellent. Will go to again for further mechanical issues.
