This company is a joke and disrespectful to women. I brought my vehicle to them with a noise that kept increasing in volume. I was charged for a repair that never fixed the issue. This issue began in March, between then and now they kept my vehicle a collective of 42 days with no resolution, consideration for my time or the amount spent in Ubers. With doing my own research I could tell a part they installed was not secured. One of the times I brought it in, I mentioned it to the service man Dion. He did not take what I was saying into consideration and the way he spoke to me was belittling. In the end he returned the car to us with no repair or refund. We had to take matters into our own hands via YouTube videos . The part I was ultimately concerned about was cracked. In addition to paying for service that did absolutely nothing, countless Uber rides, time wasted having to go to their business, I had to pay for the part again. Even though they returned the car to us not repaired, they had the audacity to call 2 weeks later to see how it was running. I explained the situation of having to rebuy the part. Again no consideration or offering of reimbursement. If you have nothing better to do with your time, aren’t truly invested in getting your car fixed and have countless dollars to spend. This place is for you.

Very unprofessional and angry people employed at this location. I was minding my own business when an employee with tattoos all over their arms approached me very hostile when I pulled over next to their shop (I had with an issue with a ratchet strap on my trailer.) I didn’t ask for anything from these people. Do not approach me ever again or there will be bigger issues.

I’ve been coming to Champs Automotive on 67th Ave and bell for a few years now. Tim has superior customer service and they always do a great job for me! Love this place and I wish they could perform full automotive services for commercial fleet. I would bring all vehicles here.

This is a great place. I was just starting a 4 hour road trip when a low pressure light on a tire went off. They were the closest shop to my location. They were willing to look at the tire and confirmed it had a problem and then suggested I go to Big O since I needed a new tire. I really appreciated the diagnosis and feel like it got me on my way sooner!

Tim at champs went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at a fair price, will return.

My mom took her car in to get her tire rods done and wheel alignment wow her rides so smooth now. What an amazing job 💪💪💪 Everyone is awesome 👍 at Champs 💪😎😎.
